The Space

In the heart of the Nürnberg Old Town you find a cosy Boutique Yoga Studio with all the charm of the ancient buildings but with a modern twist. Leave the hustle of the city behind and enter this grotto of calm. Inspired by Mother Earth, Yoga.Between.The.Lines was designed for connection with yourself, with nature and with others.

Penelope
FLOW & STILLNESS

Penelope offers yoga as a pathway back into the body, into presence, connection and inner balance.
Her own path into yoga began through a deep listening to the body, which continues to shape the way she teaches today.

Rooted in embodiment and somatic awareness, her teaching is guided by presence and a deep sensitivity to the body. Through breath, movement and stillness, she creates a calm and supportive space where everything is welcome.

Alongside her yoga teaching, sound and voice are an essential part of her work. Through healing sound, intuitive singing and deep listening, she opens spaces for inner connection and regulation.

Her intention is to guide students into a deeper connection with themselves — to feel, to soften, and to return to a sense of balance and inner alignment.

Raja
STABILITY

To Raja, Yoga means being fully present. Here and now, with all senses.

Her path into yoga has been deeply shaped by trainings in India, where she immersed herself in traditional teachings, including philosophy, discipline, and conscious living beyond the physical practice.

Raja’s classes are defined by precise guidance, clear alignment cues, and an attentive eye for detail. Creating a space where students can move safely, deepen their awareness, and build a sustainable practice is most important to her.
At the same time, she invites a sense of lightness and presence into each class. Yoga is not only about doing, but about experiencing the connection of breath, body, and the moment itself.

Katharina
FLOW

Katharina’s yoga journey began in 2017 when she attended her first Vinyasa Flow class. She was immediately impressed by the way breathwork and movement were combined in the practice, allowing participants to enter a kind of powerful, moving meditation.
Katharina sees every yoga class, whether she is attending or teaching, as a small piece of art. Her sessions are a thoughtful composition of meditation, breathwork, movement and relaxation. Accompanied by atmospheric music and inspirations from yoga philosophy or everyday life.

She values the personal freedom of every student an believes that participants should have the safe space to create their own unique experience. She offers variations of the practice so that everyone can find their own flow. Her practice is characterized by a calm yet powerful energy, providing a balance of strength and serenity.

Ānshū
STABILITY

Ānshū is a dedicated Yoga teacher and practitioner who believes yoga should be simple, accessible, and approachable for everyone. Her self journey started more than 18 years ago, rooted in traditional Indian practice, with early foundations in Hatha and Sivananda Yoga, and later influenced by the alignment-based approach of Iyengar. In her early days, the practice was simple and grounding, centred around consistent abhyas in a quiet shala, without music, just the support of breath and wooden blocks.

Each session is an invitation to turn the awareness inside, and to adapt the practice based on the feeling of proprioception. The focus is not on how the posture looks, but how it feels bringing calmness and connection with the self.

Yoga for her is not just a practice but a way of living. The philosophy of “Aham Brahmasmi” (I am the universe) reflects this understanding, reminding us that we are already whole and complete.

A woman with long hair tied back, wearing glasses, earrings, a gray top, and patterned pants, is sitting on a woven rug in a room with sheer curtains. She is holding a wooden percussion instrument with a string and a small bell. In front of her on a table are three bowls, a white singing bowl with a symbol, and two smaller bowls, one containing a stick and the other possibly a bracelet. There are glass cups on the table, and a large green plant in the background.

Mareike
STILLNESS: Sound Baths

Mareike is a sound practitioner and writing facilitator with a background in Social Work and a deep belief in the importance of real rest. She works with sound, words, and silence to create space for relaxation, self-reflection, and inner balance. Her approach is structured yet intuitive, grounded in honesty and calm, accessible practices.

Gentle, soothing sounds invite you into deep relaxation. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and listen. The experience supports your nervous system in slowing down, helping you drift from active thinking into a calm, dreamlike state. You leave feeling more grounded, clear, and lighter for the week ahead.
